Ceilings: Plasterboard with options for timber lining. Standard feature includes pyramid ceiling in lounge, dining and kitchen pavilion.

Windows: Colour finish aluminium or timber.

Decks: Treated timber decking on steel framing (bushfire risk areas) hardwood framing or treated pine framing.
