The home building process.....

1. There are two ways you can approach the building of your new home:

WITH YOU AS THE OWNER-BUILDER 

1. We will provide the drawings and specifications and lodge the Council application (DA) and construction certificate on your behalf . We will arrange for an engineer to design the floor system and arrange for the construction of the footings, foundation walls and floor system unless you wish to carry out this work yourself. We will organise on your behalf the supply of framing and cladding materials and a licensed sub-contractor to take the house if you wish to a lock-up stage.

2. You then take over the finishing of the house using tradesmen to carry out plumbing, electrical, plasterboard linings and tiling work. Bathrooms and kitchens can be fitted out complete by specialist firms or each component organised by you. Painting and landscaping then complete the house. Detailed instructions will be provided for each step of the process.

USING A LICENSED BUILDER

1. You enter a contract with a licensed builder of your choice who takes the project from beginning to completion. We organise the Council applications, the supply of drawings, specifications and schedules (and the framing system if the Builder prefers).
    

2. In the Sydney area  we can assist in selecting a builder on your behalf.

Our Area of Operation

We currently operate only in Sydney, Blue Mountains, the Central and Mid South Coast of NSW.
